We provide training and assessments for:
A LR or Light Rigid Licence is the next class up from a car licence (open or p’s). You must have held a car licence for at least 12 months to be eligible.
A MR or Medium Rigid Licence covers any truck or bus with 2 axles. You must have held your car licence (open or p’s) for at least 12 months to be elegible.
A HR or Heavy Rigid Licence is the highest class of truck licence you can obtain from holding a car licence. You must have held a car (open or p’s) or higher class of licence for at least 2 years to be eligible for a HR licence.
A HC or Heavy Combination Licence allows you to drive a truck or prime mover towing 1 trailer. You must have held a MR or HR licence for at least 12 months to be eligible.
A MC or Multi Combination Licence allows you to drive a vehicle towing more than 1 trailer. You must have held a HR or HC licence for at least 12 months to be eligible.
Buses Licences are covered under heavy vehicle/truck licences – there is no separate bus licence.

What if I lose my certificate?
You’ll be issued with a new certificate upon request (fee applies). Simply come to our office and we will happily give you a replacement truck driving qualification certificate.
What if I have no driving experience?
No worries! Our lessons are for everyone, no matter your truck driving experience! Our friendly truck driving instructors will help you get your licence and pass your certification exam!
What if I miss a class
?
No worries. We understand that life happens! If you can’t make it for whatever reason, we’re happy to repeat the lesson for you, so you don’t miss out!
