Return & Refund Policy

At Guru Truck Driving School, we are committed to providing quality training services and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Course Booking and Payment

  • A course is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

  • Payment can be made online, via bank transfer, or in person at our office.

2. Cancellation by Student

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled training date:
    A full refund will be provided, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).

  • Less than 7 days before the training date:
    A 50% refund may be applicable or the option to reschedule once at no extra charge.

  • Within 48 hours of the training session or No-show:
    No refund will be provided. Rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your course once, free of charge, if done at least 72 hours prior to the original booking.

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur an administrative fee.

4. Cancellation by Guru Truck Driving School

  • If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, vehicle issues, trainer unavailability), we will:

    • Offer an alternative date at no extra cost, or

    • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not suitable.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Administrative fees

  • Certificate reissue fees

  • Any services already rendered or part-consumed sessions
