1. Course Eligibility
All participants must hold a valid Australian driver’s license or overseas license (translated if not in English).
Students must meet the minimum age requirement for the selected course (LR, MR, HR, HC, MC, or Bus).
2. Course Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
Students are responsible for providing accurate personal and license details during registration.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
Students must arrive on time for all scheduled lessons.
Late arrivals may result in lesson cancellation without a refund.
Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Guru Truck Driving School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Assessment & Licensing
Students must follow instructor guidance and demonstrate required skills to pass training.
The school does not guarantee a license unless the student meets RMS or licensing body standards.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully towards instructors and other staff.
Abuse, misconduct, or damage to school property may result in removal from the course without a refund.
7. Use of Personal Information
We collect and use your personal information only for training and certification purposes.

8. Vehicle Use
Students are not allowed to operate any vehicle without instructor supervision.
Damage caused due to reckless or negligent behavior may result in liability for repair costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Guru Truck Driving School is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during training unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes made.
